Volker Arnold (pictured right with his son) began scroll sawing at the age of 9, and began designing his own patterns (lichterbogens and hanging pyramids) at the age of 11. He strives to share his unique patterns with the world and currently participates annually in trade fairs for miniatures in Japan and Chicago.
Kyle Sheffer was intrigued with the art of scrollsawing when he first met his father-in-law, Tom Sevy in 1998. Since that time, he has been scrolling and distributing Volker’s creative patterns to you. Kyle is a pharmacist and serves as a Commander in the United States Public Health Service, and scrolls in his free time.
